Thanks, I will take a look at those links (probably tomorrow) and I'll try to get a better look inside as well.
That would be me and my co-workers.

Whoa, a printer thread....
That model has a single pickup roller, it is usually included when you buy a fuser 'kit'. However, the pickup roller would have nothing to do with bending a corner of the paper. More likely that the paper is either not loaded properly, the paper size indicator adjuster in the tray is pushed a little too tight, or there is a very small piece of paper still stuck in the printer. I'm guessing you already got it sorted out tho. 3600's are pretty solid. |

No, still don't have it sorted. I had a flashlight looking at every nook and cranny I could see that might have a teeny-tiny bit of paper lodged, but found nothing.

Tiny pieces of paper will sometimes cause it to jam, but usually won't cause a corner to fold over. My money is on the fuser. To find out for sure, print a configuration page but open the front door of the printer before the page reaches the fuser and see if the corner is folded already (I'm assuming the corner gets folded every time a page is printed?). The only other thing that is common to both trays that could make the corner fold is the transfer belt. Have a look at the same side of the transfer belt that the pages are folding, there's a small black roller at the bottom of the transfer belt that occasionally collects rogue pieces of labels. |
