Help me to solve this Error

I have AVG virus protection always on and windows XP firewall enabled. Why do I still get infected with some Trojan horses? I check for updates every day so I am sure I am up to date.

It's probably because you choose to spam technical forums where there are people who know how to do this to you. Personally I wish the infection was a physical one and caused you great suffering.

The best Antivirus software you could install is Linux.
