    How to Upload Photos?

    Sorry to ask such a dorky question but it's been a while. I click on Manage Attachments and nothing happens. Didn't there used to be a dialogue window pop up asking for upload options or url options? Just curious...

    When the site borked a few years ago, Noo got it back up. But not all options are working. Does not work for me.
