We deliver by courier, with cash on delivery, to the country of the offer you ordered: Portugal, Spain, Hungary, Czechia, Germany or Poland.
The carrier takes the parcel to the address from the form. Before delivery they call the same phone number.
We confirm every order by phone: contents and address. Without that confirmation we do not ship, so until the call the order does not bind you and cancelling it has no cost.
Usually 3 to 7 business days from phone confirmation, not from submitting the form.
Shipping is free. The product price on the offer page is the final price including VAT.
You pay cash to the courier, with no cash-on-delivery surcharge. You do not pay online on this site and we do not ask for card or account details.
If the courier does not find you, they will retry or agree another date. If the parcel returns to us, you may order again.
Check the parcel when you receive it. If the packaging is clearly damaged, note the damage with the courier or refuse the parcel, and write to info@formatandreload.com. We handle transport damage.
