You order by submitting the form on the product page for your country. Sending the form does not yet conclude the contract: the contract is concluded when we confirm the order by phone. Until that call you may change or cancel the order by email, at no cost.
The price published on the offer page is the final price including VAT. Delivery is free and there is no cash-on-delivery surcharge, so that is the amount you pay the courier. We do not add other charges. Each offer states its own price.
Payment is cash on delivery only. We do not accept prepayment or cards, and this site does not collect payment data.
We deliver by courier to the country of the offer you ordered, usually 3 to 7 business days after phone confirmation. Detail in Shipping.
You may withdraw within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU. We also offer a voluntary 30-day return period. The procedure is in Returns and complaints.
The product has a legal warranty of conformity of 24 months from receipt. The procedure is in Returns and complaints.
We accept complaints by email and reply within 30 days. For out-of-court consumer dispute resolution you may use the competent body in your country of residence or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
The contract is governed by the law of the country of your habitual residence insofar as that law protects you as a consumer in a way that cannot be derogated from. This clause does not reduce your statutory rights.
