There are three distinct rights: the legal warranty of conformity, the 14-day statutory withdrawal, and our voluntary 30-day return period.
If a lack of conformity appears within 24 months of receipt, write to info@formatandreload.com, describe the defect and give the phone number from the order. We will send the return address.
Depending on the case, you have the right to repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination. We handle the complaint within 30 days of receiving it. We cover carriage for a well-founded complaint.
You may withdraw within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. An email within that period is enough. No particular form is required.
You then send the product back within 14 days of withdrawal. Direct return costs are yours. You may unpack and try the product; if its value falls through use beyond that trial, we may deduct the difference.
On top of the law, we offer 30 days from receipt to return, on the same conditions as withdrawal. This is a contractual offer, not a statutory right, and it does not reduce the two rights above.
We refund within 14 days of the product reaching us, to the account you give us. That includes any shipping you paid — on this site shipping is free, so the refund is the article price shown on the offer page, including VAT.
